Flash Memory BU Focus on design and development of high performance, low power and cost effective SPI NOR Flash. We have shipped more than 4.2 billion NOR Flash chips since 2016.
MCU BU Leading-edge 32-bit Cortex M0+ product series using 55nm eFlash process are on the market. The low power; low cost and high reliability characteristics make this product in high demand on the market. We are also developing the high end 32-bit MCUs based on Cortex M3/M4/Mx.
AI BU Our AI team is providing a complete system solution of the CiNOR technology from the CiNOR IC to reference design and inference algorithms. We are focusing on four on-device inference application cases: facial recognition; KWS; health care(ECG) and power grid safety.
